First aid kits comply with “The Workplace Safety and Health Act" of Manitoba
Regulation first aid kits conform to guidelines set out in either The Workers Compensation Act or The Occupational Health and Safety Act
Regulations change on a continuing basis, requirements differ from one jurisdiction to another and are dependent on a number of factors (but not limited to): maximum number of employees at the work site (or per shift); location of the place of employment/industry; type of industry and potential hazards; proximity and travel time to a medical facility
Standard contents good for up to 25 employees, additional kit is required with each successive group of 25 employees
Kits also available in metal
Some required items that are not included in kits: Accident Record books sized 8-1/2" x 4-1/2" (SKU: 20326) or 8-1/2" x 12-1/2" (SKU: 20327); and "First Aid Station" and "Required All Accidents" signs
