  • Mark your desired inspection date by punching the correlating month and year numbers with a hole punch.
  • Punch an additional hold at the top of the tag to insert a nylon tie or fastener (sold separately) to attach to equipment.
  • 2-1/2" diameter tags are made of 20 mil semi-rigid PVC plastic.
