Shipping & Returns
When you need it fast, we promise we'll get it to you. Seton stocks thousands of products that ship the same day when you place your order before 6 p.m. your time. Our standard shipping service is UPS Ground. If you need it in a hurry, we also offer UPS Overnight, UPS 2-day, FedEx Standard, FedEx Priority and USPS Priority. If you prefer another carrier, we would be happy to ship on your account.
Due to weight and size restrictions, some products must be shipped by truck. Shipping and handling charges for truck shipments will be prepaid and added to your invoice and will not appear in your Shopping Cart.
If you would like to use your own shipping account to pay for your shipping charges, choose 'ship on account' and enter your shippers account number when checking out.
All prices on Seton.ca are listed in Canadian currency (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.
Next-day delivery service provides delivery by 10:30 the next working day. Available for $14.00 to $18.00 more than ground delivery.*
2-day delivery service provides delivery within 2 working days. Available for $5.00 to $8.00 more than ground delivery*
Lead time is displayed in our online catalog. This indicates the approximate amount of time it will take for you to receive your product. When 'proceed to checkout' is clicked, your lead time column is replaced by delivery time.
Delivery time is a more accurate date based on:
• lead time
• ship method
• zip code
Delivery time can change if your order is subsequently put on credit hold or awaiting a proof approval. You will be able to see these if you check your order online in the Order History & Status Section of the My Account feature.

At Seton, we guarantee 100% satisfaction on every order. If you wish to return or exchange an item, we will gladly provide a replacement product or credit your account. Please call Customer Relations, 800-263-1623, within 30 days of purchase for shipping instructions. A restocking fee may apply to stock products. We are unable to accept returns on customized products since they are created to your specific needs.
